Which class fits?

Built around their age and confidence.

Ages 3–6

Playful movement, games, balance and body awareness in a short, fun class.

Ages 7–11

More structure, coordination, confidence, teamwork and basic movement skills.

Ages 12–17

Strength, conditioning and better movement habits for teenagers in a coached environment.
