Our main CrossFit class. Coach-led, scalable, and suitable for all levels.
HYROX
Race-style conditioning built around running, stations, pacing, and performance.
Open Box
Use the gym as you wish. There are no classes running during this time.
Free Box
Same idea as Open Box, but with limited space because coached classes are running at the same time.
