Session focussed on the bigger powerlifting movements improving overall strength
Olympic lifting session focusing on technique for complex lifting movements.
No workouts are schdueld during these hours and the gym is yours to do your own thing
Free box is designed for you to do your own thing while there are other scheduled classes ongoing. You are limited to only use specific Free box designated areas.
