Our "Workout of the Day." based on our programming - designed for you to enjoy and get fitter.

Gymnastics
Gymnastics focussed session that help you progress and get a good sweat whilst doing it

powerlifting
Session focussed on the bigger powerlifting movements improving overall strength

Olympic lifting
Olympic lifitng focussed session to help improve overall Snatch and Clean&Jerk technique

Open box
No workouts are schdueld during these hours and the gym is yours to do your own thing

Free box
Free box is designed fgor you to do your own thing while there are other classess going on. You are limited to only use specifc Free box designated areas
