CrossFit Kids is a movement-based fitness program for children, focused on building physical and mental confidence through fun, safe, and age-appropriate workouts.
Age 3–6

Structured, safe training that builds strength, confidence, and resilience.
CrossFit Teens is designed for adolescents who are ready for more structured training while still learning proper movement and technique.
Age 12–17
Every Friday· 16:00–17:00
€40 per month
4 classes per month - €10 per class
Kids and teens build strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness that support everyday life, other sports, and healthy long-term movement habits.
Training in a group environment teaches cooperation, communication, taking turns, and building positive relationships with peers.
Achieving small wins in class helps young athletes develop confidence, resilience, and a strong, positive self-image — both inside and outside the gym.
We turn fitness into games, challenges, and achievable goals so kids and teens enjoy moving and look forward to being active.
Kids (ages 3–11)
Time: Every Sunday: 08:45–09:15 (ages 3–6) and 09:15–10:00 (ages 7–11).
Teens (ages 12–17)
Time: Every Friday: 16:00–17:00.
Location: Karperweg 39, 1075 LB, Amsterdam.
